医学生课程思政教育现状及思考

Current Situation and Consideration of Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in All Courses in Medical Students

摘要: 目的: 旨在充分了解医学生对于课程思政重要性的认知情况以及对目前所开展课程思政的满意度情况,推进医学院校课程思政教育改革工作,为课程思政教育工作推进提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法针对某医学院校2 145名本科生开展对课程思政重要性、满意度以及可能影响因素的调研。重要性和满意度的内容均涉及课程思政的内容、教学组织形式、教学队伍的水平、考核评估方式。结果:医学生对于课程思政完全了解和比较了解的仅占24.85%;对于推进课程思政改革的意义重要性的评分为(7.18±1.97)分;不同学段的医学生对于课程思政教授内容、教学组织形式、教学队伍要求、思政课程的考评方式的重要性的评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);70%以上的学生对课程思政各方面均满意;学段是影响医学生对课程思政教育满意度的重要因素,且低学段学生满意度高于高学段学生。结论:医学生对课程思政教育的重要性认识仍不足;学校需要充分考虑医学生阶梯成长规律,针对课程思政教学内容、投入时间比重、教学队伍水平、教学组织方式、政策支持等方面强化工作,提升课程思政教育成效。

Abstract: Objective: To advance the ideological and political education reform in medical school and fully understand medical students′ cognition on the importance and satisfaction to ideological and political theories teaching in all courses, and to provide reference basis for the reform. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 2 145 medical students′ cognition on the importance, satisfaction and influential factors of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses from the aspets of education content, teaching arrangement, faculty′s competency and the evaluation method. Results: The percentage of students who are “very familiar” or “ relatively familiar” to ideological and political theories teaching in all courses is only 24.85%. Students′ cognition on the reform′s importance scores(7.18±1.97). Scores in education content, teaching arrangement, faculty′s competency and the evaluation method of medical students in different learning phases are statistically significant(P<0.05). More than 70% of the medical students are satisfied with all aspects of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses. The learning phase is an important factor affecting medical students′ satisfaction on ideological and political theories teaching in all courses, moreover, students at early phase scores have higher satisfaction than students at senior phase. Conclusion: The awareness of the importance of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses of medical students is remains inadequate. Medical schools should take into consideration of the evolving characteristics of medical education, and perform better in education content, time input, faculty′s competency, teaching arrangement etc., so as to improve the education effectiveness of ideological and political theories teaching in all courses.
