爱汝特根管封闭糊剂生物活性研究进展

摘要： 爱汝特根管封闭糊剂（iRoot SP）是一种不含铝的硅酸盐生物陶瓷材料，用于根管治疗术中的根管填充，其主要成分为硅酸钙、磷酸二氢钙、氢氧化钙、氧化锆。iRoot SP于2010年获准在中国上市，在国内开始逐步应用于口腔牙髓根尖周病的根管治疗中。作为新型生物相容性材料，其近年来得到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文结合近10 年的研究成果，从iRoot SP的生物相容性、成骨潜能、抗炎性、抑菌性、抑制疼痛等方面综述其生物活性的研究进展，为系统地开展iRoot SP疗效研究及基于iRoot SP的治疗方案设计提供参考。

Abstract: iRoot SP is a kind of aluminum-free silicate bioceramics， which is used for root canal sealing. Its main components are calcium silicate， calcium dihydrogen phosphate， calcium hydroxide， and zirconium oxide. iRoot SP was approved to launch in China in 2010， and gradually began to be used in the root canal treatment of periapical disease. As a new type of biocompatible material， it has got wide attention by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. This article combines the research results of the past 10 years， to review the research progress of the biological activity of iRoot SP from the aspects of biocompatibility， osteogenic activity， anti-inflammatory activity， anti-bacterial activity and analgesic activity， so as to provide reference for the systematic study of the effects of iRoot SP and the design of iRoot SP-based treatment plan.
