重庆市中学生健康认知调查及健康教育需求研究

Investigation on Health Cognition and Health Education Needs of Middle School Students in Chongqing

摘要: 目的:调查重庆市中学生健康认知水平,对健康教育需求进行分析,以提高健康教育的针对性。方法:采用随机抽样与概率抽样相结合的方法,选取重庆市18岁以下中学生为调查对象,对中学生健康生活方式、基础卫生知识、常见疾病知识、操作处置技能等方面的健康认知进行调查,采用SPSS 21.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果:重庆市中学生总体健康认知水平46.73%,其中各维度健康认知水平从低到高为常见疾病知识41.19%、健康生活方式47.82%、基础卫生知识49.48%、操作处置技能55.33%。结论:重庆市中学生健康认知水平尚可,但实践中存在“知行不一”的现象,需要重视行为干预和健康习惯的培养,着力提升中学生健康行为能力。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the health cognition level of middle school students in Chongqing, and analyze their health education needs in order to improve the pertinence of health education. Methods: Random sampling and probability sampling were used to select middle school students under the age of 18 in Chongqing as the investigation objects. The health cognition of middle school students in the aspects of healthy lifestyle, basic health knowledge, the knowledge of common diseases and the skills of operation and disposal were investigated, and the SPSS 21.0 software was used for data statistical analysis. Results: The overall health cognition level of middle school students in Chongqing was 46.73%. The health cognition level of each dimension ranged from low to high was the knowledge of common diseases (41.19%), healthy life style (47.82%),basic health knowledge(49.48%) and the skills of operation and disposal(55.33%). Conclusion: The health cognition level of middle school students in Chongqing is acceptable. However, there exists in practice the phenomenon of "the conflict between knowledge and behavior". It is necessary to pay attention to the behavioral intervention and the cultivation of healthy habits to improve the healthy behavior ability of middle school students.
