哮喘儿童学习使用吸入装置能力现状调查

摘要: 目的:统计哮喘药学咨询门诊患儿对各种吸入装置的接受程度。方法:纳入2020112月我院哮喘药学咨询门诊指导使用吸入装置的患儿的咨询资料,统计分析各年龄段患儿对吸入技术的接受程度。结果:统计使用吸入装置的患儿共1 708例,其中使用压力定量气雾剂+储雾罐(pMDI+Spacer)的患儿997例,反复指导后100%能正确掌握吸入技术;使用压力定量气雾剂(pMDI)5例患儿均不能正确掌握;使用都保装置的374例患儿中有75.40%可以正确掌握吸入技术;使用准纳器的332例患儿中有71.99%可以正确掌握吸入装置。主要存在的问题为采用压力定量气雾剂患儿手按和吸气不同步,采用压力定量气雾剂+储雾罐前药物未摇匀,采用干粉吸入装置患儿吸气力度不足及不会屏气或屏气时间短。结论:为提升哮喘控制效果,建议根据患儿年龄选择合适的吸入装置,并加强吸入技术的培训和指导。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the acceptance of inhalation device in children with asthma in pharmaceutical consulting outpatient department. Methods Children and their families who were instructed to use inhalation device in the asthma pharmaceutical consulting clinic of our hospital from January to December 2020 were included and the acceptance of inhalation techniques in different age groups was statistically analyzed. Results 1 708 children using inhalation devices were counted. Among them 997 children who used pMDI+Spacer were all able to master the inhalation technique correctly after repeated instruction. None of the 5 children who used pMDI could correctly master the inhalation technique. 75.40% of the 374 children who used the Turbuhaler and 71.99% of the 332 children who used Diskus could correctly master the inhalation technique.The main problems are that the hand pressing and suction of pMDI are not synchronized the pMDI+Spacer is not shaken evenly before use and the children using dry powder inhaler has insufficient inspiratory force and will not hold the breath or hold the breath for a short time. Conclusion In order to improve the effect of asthma control, it is recommended to select anappropriate inhalation device according to the age of the child, and strengthen post-inhalation training and guidance.
