Abstract: Objective： Combined with the current situation of shenyan kangfu tablets prescriptions in the outpatient department of our center， the intelligent auxiliary role of information system in promoting clinical rational drug use was analyzed. Methods： According to the relevant contents in the drug instructions， personalized drug knowledge base was embedded in the information platform， which can provide online medication services when doctors prescribing drugs. The information of patients who used shenyan kangfu tablets for single diagnosis in our center from November 2018 to October 2020 was collected， and the rationality of drug use was evaluated. Results： There were 359 prescriptions of shenyan kangfu tablets in outpatient department， including 138 male patients and 221 female patients. Patients ranged in age from 30 to 98 years old， with an average age of (65.01±11.01) years old， and patients aged from 50 to 79 years old were the majority [84.68% (304/359)]， among which patients aged from 60 to 69 years old ranked the first in terms of the number of prescriptions [40.39% (145/359)]. There were 9 kinds of single disease diagnosis， among which chronic nephritis， proteinuria and chronic renal insufficiency ranked the first 3， accounting for 94.72% (340/359).The drug dosages of the patients were in accordance with the daily dose specified in the drug instructions. Conclusion： The use of shenyan kangfu tablets is reasonable in the outpatient department of our center. With the help of intelligent drug knowledge base and information technology， medication can be “escorted” for patients.
