气管内插管入路选择及其并发症研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 气管内插管可通过多种插管途径来完成。近年来，由于外科技术的飞速发展，特殊手术需求以及特殊患者的解剖和病生理改变对气管内插管临床入路提出更高的挑战。经口、经鼻、经颏下、经磨牙后、经眶内气管插管等无创插管入路以及经环甲膜、经高位/低位环状软骨气管插管等有创插管入路都为临床气道管理提供了安全的通气氧合。但不同插管入路选择存在不同程度的并发症风险，如何选择气管内插管入路来降低相关并发症是临床医师必须要考虑的问题。本研究拟就气管内插管入路选择及其并发症的研究进展进行综述，以期为临床医师进行气管内插管入路选择提供参考。

Abstract: Endotracheal intubation can be accomplished through a variety of intubation routes. In recent years， due to the rapid development of surgical technology， special surgical needs and special patients with anatomical and pathological changes， were put higher chllenges the clinical approach of endotracheal intubation. Non-invasive intubation approaches such as oral， nasal， submental， retromolar， and transorbital endotracheal intubation， as well as invasive intubation approaches such as cricothyroid membrane and high/low cricoid endotracheal intubation， all provide safe ventilation and oxygenation for clinical airway management. However， different intubation approaches have different degrees of risk of complications. How to choose endotracheal intubation approaches to reduce related complications is a problem that clinicians must consider. This paper reviews the research progress on the choice of endotracheal intubation approach and its complications in order to provide reference for clinicians in endotracheal intubation approach.
