智慧中药房质量管理体系模式的建立及实践

摘要: 目的:探索“互联网+”中医药政策背景下,构建智慧中药房新模式的质量管理体系,提升和应用智慧中药房质量管理服务。方法:建立智慧中药房各模块运营流程,量化各模块的质量指标,确保对运营生产进行质量管控,以评价智慧药房各模块运营成效。结果:以处方流转、审方、调剂、煎煮、物流配送、售后服务等各模块为基础的智慧中药房,均符合质量控制的量化指标范围。其中处方流转差错率和遗失率能控制在0%;审方的处方误审率能控制在0%;中药调剂出门差错率<0.01%;煎煮的药材煎透度=100%,药液装量差异<5%,包材质量>98%;发药时效和配送时效≥95%;智慧中药房整体服务评价、服务办理点工作人员评价、售后服务评价满意度≥95%。结论:智慧中药房新模式发展下的质量管理体系能较好运用于智慧中药房日常运营管理。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the construction of quality management system of intelligent traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pharmacy under the background of “Internet+” Chinese medicine policy, and to improve and apply the quality management service of intelligent TCM pharmacy. Methods: Establish the operation process of each module of intelligent TCM pharmacy, quantify the quality indicators of each module, ensure the quality control of operation and production, and evaluate the operation effect of each module of intelligent TCM pharmacy. Results: The intelligent TCM pharmacy based on the modules of prescription circulation, prescription audit, Chinese Medicine dispensing, decoction, logistics distribution and aftersales service and so on. All the quality indicators meet the range of quality control. The error rate and loss rate of prescription circulation can be controlled at 0%. The error rate of the prescription audit results can be controlled at 0%.The outdoor error rate of Chines medicine dispensing <0.01%. The decoction degree of the decocted medicinal materials=100%, the liquid content difference <5%, and the packaging content>98%. The timeliness of dispensing and distribution ≥95%. The satisfaction rate of overall service, service handling points and aftersales service of intelligent TCM pharmacy is ≥95%. Conclusion: The quality management system under the development of the new model of intelligent TCM pharmacy can be applied in the daily operation and management of intelligent TCM pharmacy.
