Abstract: Objective：To observe the clinical effects of pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical vertebra combined with two-step traction and flexion in decubitus position in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis. Methods： 60 adolescent patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical vertebra， combined with two-step traction and flexion in decubitus position. While the control group was treated with conventional traction physiotherapy. The clinical efficacy， Borden value of cervical spine curvature and NPQ score of the two groups were observed and analyzed after 2 weeks of treatment. The safety of the treatment was evaluated. Results： The cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%， which was higher than that of the control group (33.33%) . The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group and 63.33% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The Borden value of cervical spine curvature in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group after treatment. And the NPQ score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no obvious discomfort in both groups. Conclusion： Pingle orthopedic fumigation prescription for cervical rertebra combined with two-step traction and flexion can relieve the clinical symptoms of juvenile cervical spondylosis and improve the function of the patient′s cervical spine obviously.
