Abstract: Objective： To analyze the clinicopathological features of splenic littoral cell angioma (SLCA) and improve the clinical diagnostic level of SLCA. Methods：The clinicopathological data of 2 patients with SLCA were analyzed retrospectively， and the corresponding literatures were reviewed. Results：Both 2 cases of SLCA were single tumors. The gross examination showed grayish red and dark red masses respectively， with clear boundary and no capsule， spongy section， soft and pliable texture. Microscopically， the main structure of the 2 cases of tumor was dilated sinus as vascular lacunae with local stenosis and focal capillaries， which were anastomosed to each other and showed a network. Irregular papillary processes can be observed inside the tube， lined with columnar or cubic cells which were obese， without obvious atypia and mitotic. Immunohistochemistry showed positive expression of CD31， CD68， CD34 and Lysozyme in the 2 cases of tumor； Ki67(+)<2%。 Conclusion：SLCA microscopically shows a reticular structure formed by the anastomosis of irregular dilated vascular cavities， which shows the histological and immunohistochemical characteristics reflecting the dual potential of splenic sinus lining endothelial cells and histiocytes， and can be distinguished from other tumors such as splenic hemangioma.
