超声弹性成像技术评价周围神经病变研究概况

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 超声弹性成像技术作为一种新的诊断技术，对许多疾病具有早发现早治疗的优势。近年来,国内外在超声弹性成像技术评估各种类型的周围神经病变方面进行了大量的研究，包括内分泌系统疾病及自身免疫性疾病的神经病变、神经卡压性疾病、莫顿神经瘤、视神经炎、特发性颅内高压、偏头痛患者视神经病变以及尺神经滑脱、慢性腰腿疼痛、麻风患者的神经病变等，证明实时超声弹性成像在评估外周神经损伤方面研究广泛。本研究归纳总结近年来超声弹性成像技术评价周围神经病变的研究概况，以期为超声弹性成像技术在临床诊断中的应用提供参考。

Abstract: As a new diagnostic technology， ultrasonic elastography has the advantages of early detection and early treatment for many diseases. In recent years， a large number of studies at home and abroad have carried out on the evaluation of various types of peripheral neuropathy by ultrasonic elastography， including neuropathy of endocrine system diseases and autoimmune diseases， nerve compression diseases， Morton neuroma， optic neuritis， idiopathic intracranial hypertension， optic neuropathy in patients with migraine and ulnar nerve slippage，chronic low back and leg pain， neuropathy in patients with leprosy， etc. It is proved that ultrasonic elastography was widely studied in the evaluation of peripheral nerve injury. This paper summarizes the research status of ultrasonic elastography in the evaluation of peripheral neuropathy in recent years， in order to provide reference for the application of ultrasonic elastography in clinical diagnosis.
