ICP-MS法测定谷精草中重金属及有害元素残留

Determination of Residue of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Eriocaulon buergerianum by ICP-MS

摘要: 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定谷精草中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)重金属及有害元素残留量的检测方法。方法:谷精草样品经微波消解后,以锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铋(209Bi)为内标,采用ICP-MS法测定上述5种元素的残留量。结果:ICP-MS法测定的谷精草样品中的Pb、As、Cu、Hg 4种重金属及有害元素的残留量均低于植物类中药材中重金属及有害元素的常规限量。Cd残留量在0.43~1.10 mg·kg-1,平均值为0.78 mg·kg-1,其中有5批谷精草Cd的残留量超过1.0 mg·kg-1,超出标准规定要求,存在较为严重的安全风险。各元素的标准曲线的相关系数0.999 6~1.000 0,精密度RSD为0.9%~2.2%,重现性RSD为1.1%~2.3%,稳定性RSD为1.0%~2.4%,准确度良好。结论:该方法操作准确可靠、干扰小、灵敏度高、结果稳定,适合谷精草中重金属及有害元素残留量的测定。

Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Pb,Cd, As,Hg and Cu residues in Eriocaulon buergerianum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).Methods: After microwave digestion, germanium (72Ge), indium (115In) and bismuth (209Bi) were used as internal standard to determine the residues of the above five elements by ICP-MS method. Results:The residual amounts of Pb, As, Cu and Hg and harmful elements in the samples determined by ICP-MS method were all lower than the conventional limits of heavy metals and harmful elements in plant traditional Chinese medicine. The residual amount of Cd was 0.43-1.10 mg·kg-1, with an average value of 0.78 mg·kg-1. Among them, Cd residues of 5 batches of samples exceeded 1.0 mg·kg-1, which exceeded the requirements of the standard,and existed serious security risks.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of each element were 0.999 6-1.000 0, with precision RSD of 0.9%-2.2%, reproducibility RSD of 1.1%-2.3% and stability RSD of 1.0%-2.4%, showing good accuracy. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable, with little interference, high sensitivity and stable result, which is suitable for the determination of residual amounts of heavy metals and harmful elements in Eriocaulon buergerianum.
