Abstract: Objective：To explore the clinical effect and possible mechanism of tongguanteng injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of bladder cancer. Methods： According to the random number table method， 90 patients with bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2021 were divided into the control group and the observation group， with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cisplatin， while the observation group was treated with tongguanteng injection combined with cisplatin. Both groups continued to be treated for 2 courses. The indexes related to the proliferation and invasion of cancer cells， the level of immune cells before and after the treatment and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results：The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group， the mRNA relative expression of serum cyclin D1 and enhancer of zeste homologue 2(EZH2) of patients in the observation group decreased more obviously after the treatment(P<0.05). The serum level of fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF21) increased more obviously， and the levels of tissue factor(TF) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) decreased more obviously in the observation group after the treatment(P<0.05). The levels of CD3+， CD4+， CD4+/CD8+ and natural killer cells(NK) in peripheral blood increased more obviously(P<0.05)， and the level of CD8+ decreased more obviously in the observation group after the treatment(P<0.05) .Conclusion： Tongguanteng injection combined with cisplatin can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of bladder cancer patients， which may be related to inhibiting the expression of factors related to cancer cell proliferation and invasion and regulating the balance of T lymphocyte subsets.
