595例特殊健康状态儿童预防接种咨询情况分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：了解儿童预防接种咨询门诊接诊的特殊健康状态儿童的临床特点，为特殊健康状态儿童的疫苗接种提供依据。方法：收集2020年5月26日至2021年1月5日我院儿童预防接种咨询门诊接诊的595例患儿的临床资料，总结分析其临床特点、咨询的主要内容、医学建议结果。结果：收集的595例患儿的临床资料中，男357例，女238例，平均年龄（26.7±30.5）个月；其中神经系统疾病112例（18.82%），新生儿期疾病91例（15.29%），过敏性疾病79例（13.27%），心血管疾病67例（11.26%），共占接种咨询人数的58.64%。经过综合评估给予508例（85.38%）儿童可规范接种（常规补种或者按疫苗免疫程序接种）或者仅接种灭活疫苗的医学建议，其中366例可规范接种疫苗，142例可接种灭活疫苗；74例暂缓接种疫苗，13例未进行相关检查，未给予医学建议。经综合评估可进行疫苗接种的508例中，仅4例接种后出现轻度不良反应。结论：我院儿童预防接种咨询门诊接诊的特殊健康状态儿童中经评估绝大多数可规范接种疫苗，儿童预防接种咨询门诊可为特殊健康状态儿童的疫苗接种提供咨询意见，提高预防接种的安全性。

Abstract: Objective：To summarize the clinical characteristics of children with special health status consulted in children vaccination consultation clinic and to provide evidence for the vaccination of children with special health status. Methods： The clinical data of 595 children who consulted in the children vaccination consultation clinic of our hospital from May 26， 2020 to January 5， 2021 were collected， and their clinical characteristics， consultation contents and medical advice results were summarized and analyzed. Results：The 595 children included 357 males and 238 females， with the average age of (26.7±30.5） months. Among them， there were 112 cases of neurological diseases(18.82%)， 91 cases of neonatal diseases(15.29%)， 79 cases of allergic diseases(13.27%) and 67 cases of cardiovascular diseases(11.26%)， and totally accounted for 58.64% of the 595 children. After comprehensive evaluation， 508 cases(85.38%) were given the medical advice that they could receive regular vaccination(routine vaccination or vaccination according to the vaccination procedure) or could only inoculate inactivated vaccines， of which 366 cases could receive regular vaccination and 142 cases could only inoculate inactivated vaccine. 74 cases were given the medical advice of delaying vaccination and 13 cases were not given medical advice due to lack of relevant medical examination. Only 4 of the 508 children who could be vaccinated after comprehensive evaluation had mild adverse reactions after vaccination. Conclusion： The majority of children with special health status consulted in the vaccination consultation clinic of our hospital can receive regular vaccination after evaluation. Children vaccination consultation clinic can provide advice for the vaccination of children with special health status and to ensure the safety of vaccination.
