中医药治疗靶向药物所致皮疹经验探讨

Experience Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Targeted Drug-Induced Rash

摘要: 恶性肿瘤是威胁人类健康的一大杀手。目前,药物靶向治疗是肺癌治疗的热点,但靶向治疗获益的同时亦会引起皮肤不良反应,影响患者的生活质量,进而影响靶向治疗方案的完成,因此有必要对靶向治疗所致皮疹进行干预。临床研究发现,中西医结合治疗不仅对抗肿瘤有一定疗效,对靶向药物所致皮疹亦有独特优势。孙伟芬教授根据多年临床经验,结合泉州地区气候特点,自拟祛风透疹汤治疗靶向药物所致皮疹。本研究就孙伟芬教授治疗表皮生长因子受体络氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKIs)所致皮疹的临床经验展开讨论,以期为临床治疗靶向药物所致皮疹提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Malignant tumor is a major threat to human health. At present, targeted therapy is a hot spot in the treatment of lung cancer. However, while targeted therapy benefits, it can also cause skin adverse reactions which affect the quality of life of patients, and it will affect the completion of targeted treatment program. Therefore, it is necessary to intervene the rash caused by the targeted therapy. Clinical studies have found that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment not only has a certain effect on anti-tumor, but also has its unique advantages on treating targeted drug-induced rash. Professor Sun Weifen, based on his long-term clinical experience and the characteristics of the climate in Quanzhou, use qufeng touzhang decoction to treat rash caused by targeted therapy. This article discusses Professor Sun Weifen′s clinical experience in the treatment of rash caused by EGFR-TKIs, with a view to providing reference for clinical treatment of targeted drug-induced rash.
