摘要: 长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是一类无编码蛋白功能且长度大于200个核苷酸的内源性RNA转录物。研究发现,越来越多的LncRNA参与多种骨性疾病的发生、发展及转归过程,并对疾病具有重要的诊断和治疗价值。目前已发现,LncRNA在代谢性疾病(骨质疏松症)、退行性疾病(骨性关节炎)、自身免疫性疾病(风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎)、运动系统肿瘤(骨肉瘤)等疾病中起着至关重要的作用,有望成为诊断的生物标志物和治疗靶点。虽然对LncRNA的研究仍处于起步阶段,但已发现它是骨性疾病的重要参与者。本研究主要就近年来LncRNA在骨性疾病中的作用进行综述,以期为临床治疗骨性疾病提供借鉴。

Abstract: Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) are a class of endogenous RNA transcripts that without encode protein functions and are greater than 200 nucleotides in length. An increasing number of LncRNAs have been found to be involved in the onset, development and regression of a variety of bone diseases, and have important diagnostic and therapeutic potential for the diseases.LncRNA has been found to play a crucial role in metabolic diseases (osteoporosis), degenerative diseases (osteoarthritis), autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis), and tumors of the locomotor system (osteosarcoma), and is expected to be a diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target.Although the study of LncRNA is still in its infancy, it has been found to be an important player in bone diseases. This paper mainly reviews the role of LncRNA in bone diseases in recent years, in inder to provide reference for the clinical treatment of bone deseases.
