摘要/Abstract

摘要： 药物依赖性失眠属于中医“不寐”范畴，主要表现为需要依靠药物辅助入睡，药物减量或停药后出现反跳性失眠、停药反应、戒断反应等不良反应，且患者长期用药面临认知功能减退及发生跌倒、车祸等意外的风险。现代研究发现，情志因素与药物依赖性失眠发病关系密切，互为影响，且其与药物戒断反应的严重程度及停药成功与否密切相关。前期临床观察发现，中医基于“从肝论治理论”疗法对失眠患者有显著临床疗效，应用于失眠患者的安眠药戒断方面疗效满意，且相关中医理论依据充分。本研究检索近十年国内外相关文献，对从肝论治药物依赖性失眠研究现状进行综述，以期为药物依赖性失眠的中医治疗提供临床依据。

Abstract: Drug-dependent insomnia belongs to the category of the insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine， and its clinical features are relying on medication to help fall asleep and occurring increased insomnia， headache， anxiety and other withdrawal reactions after dose reduction or withdrawal.Patients who take long-term medications will face the risk of cognitive decline，accidental falls and car accident，etc.Modern research has found that emotional factors are closely related to drug-dependent insomnia, and it is closely related to the severity of the drug withdrawal reaction and whether the drug withdrawal is successful or not.Previous observation has found that Chinese medicine which based on the theory of treatment from the liver has significant efficacy in the treatment of insomnia and it has satisfactory effect on quitting sleeping pills.The relevant theories of traditional Chinese medicine are sufficient.This study retrieved relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent ten years， reviewed the current status of treatment of drug dependent insomnia from the liver，so as to provide clinical evidence for the treatment of drug-dependent insomnia.
