摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察石氏益气补肾通络方联合关节粘连松解术改善桡骨远端骨折后期功能康复的临床疗效。方法：采用随机对照研究方法，将80例符合纳入标准的桡骨远端骨折后期的患者随机分为两组：中药+手法组、手法组，每组各40例。中药+手法组采用石氏益气补肾通络方联合关节粘连松解术治疗；手法组仅给予关节粘连松解术治疗。治疗前后比较两组患者的Cooney腕关节功能评分、数字分级法（NRS）疼痛评分。结果：治疗后，中药+手法组患者的Cooney腕关节功能评分改善程度较手法组更明显（t=2.178, P = 0.032），NRS疼痛评分改善程度亦较手法组更明显（F=361.56, P=0.000）。结论：石氏益气补肾通络方联合关节粘连松解术有改善桡骨远端骨折后期关节疼痛、促进功能康复的作用。

Abstract: Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shi′s yiqi bushen tongluo decoction combined with joint adhesion release manipulation on the functional recovery at the late stage of distal radius fracture. Methods： A total of 80 patients at the late stage of distal radius fracture who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups， with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine+manipulation group were treated with Shi′s yiqi bushen tongluo decoction combined with joint adhesion release manipulation， and the manipulation group only received joint adhesion release manipulation. The Cooney wrist function score， NRS pain score of the two groups of patients were compared before and after the treatment. Results： After the treatment， the improvement of Cooney wrist function score of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine+manipulation group was more obvious than that in the manipulation group (t=2.178， P=0.032)， and the improvement of NRS pain score of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine+manipulation group was also more obvious than that in the manipulation group (F=361.56， P=0.000). Conclusion： Shi′s yiqi bushen tongluo decoction combined with joint adhesion release manipulation treatment can improve joint pain and promote functional recovery at the late stage of distal radius fracture.
