西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎所致牙龈出血疗效的Meta分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：系统评价西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎所致牙龈出血的疗效与安全性。方法：通过中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及PubMed等数据库，检索公开发表的西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎所致牙龈出血相关临床研究，检索时间自各数据库建立至2021年12月。对同质研究采用RevMan 5.4.1和Stata 15.0软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入1617例患者，来自18项研究。本研究Meta分析结果显示，在临床疗效方面，西帕依固龈液干预组治疗牙龈炎所致牙龈出血的临床总有效率高于口泰含漱液对照组(P<0.05)，与其他对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，总的效应量干预组和对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在降低龈沟出血指数(SBI)方面，SBI总的效应量和亚组分析结果显示，西帕依固龈液干预组SBI改善效果优于其他对照组(P<0.01)。在菌斑抑制效果方面，亚组分析结果显示，西帕依固龈液干预组与口泰含漱液对照组的菌斑指数(PLI)之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)，而西帕依固龈液干预组与葡萄糖酸氯已定含漱液对照组的菌斑指数(PLI)之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，总的效应量干预组抑制牙菌斑效果优于对照组(P<0.0001)。在不良反应方面，干预组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.0001)。结论：西帕依固龈液应用于牙龈炎所致牙龈出血具有一定的疗效，可降低龈沟出血指数和提高菌斑抑制效果，且安全性高。

Abstract: Objective：To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of xipayi mouth rinse in the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis.Methods：The published clinical studies on the treatment of gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis with xipayi mouth rinse were retrieved from CCD， CNKI， CBM disc， CSPD and PubMed databases. The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to December 2021. Meta-analysis of homogeneity study was performed using RevMan 5.4.1 and Stata 15.0 software.Results：A total of 1617 patients were included，which were from 18 studies. The results of Meta-analysis in this study showed that，in terms of clinical efficacy， the total effective rate of xipayi mouth rinse intervention group in the treatment of gingivitis caused by gingivitis was higher than that of the koutai gargle control group (P<0.05)， but there was no statistically significant difference compared with other control groups (P>0.05)， and the total effect size had statistical difference between the intervention group and the control group (P<0.01).In terms of reducing gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)，the total effect size of SBI and the results of subgroup analysis showed that the improvement effect of SBI in xipayi mouth rinse intervention group was better than that of other control groups(P<0.01). In terms of plaque inhibition effect， subgroup analysis showed that there was statistical difference in plaque index (PLI) between the xipayi mouth rinse intervention group and the koutai gargle control group (P<0.0001)， while there was no statistical difference in PLI between the xipayi mouth rinse intervention group and the chlorhexidine gluconate gargle control group(P>0.05)， and the total effect size of the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P<0.0001). In terms of adverse reactions， the incidence of adverse reactions in the xipayi mouth rinse intervention group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.0001).Conclusion：Xipayi mouth rinse has certain curative effect on gingival bleeding caused by gingivitis.It can obviously reduce SBI and improve the plaque inhibition effect， and has good safety.
