308 nm准分子激光联合复方甘草酸苷片对白癜风患者T细胞亚群及血清ICAM-1、SOD的影响

Effect of 308 nm Excimer Laser Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on T cell Subsets and Serum ICAM-1 and SOD in Patients with Vitiligo

摘要: 目的:探讨308 nm准分子激光联合复方甘草酸苷片对白癜风患者T细胞亚群及血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年3月在我院诊治的白癜风患者106例,采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组两组,每组各53例。对照组患者给予308 nm准分子激光治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予复方甘草酸苷片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的T细胞亚群,血清ICAM-1、SOD,以及临床治疗疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清ICAM-1水平较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),血清SOD水平较治疗前均升高(P<0.05),且研究组患者血清ICAM-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),血清SOD高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率92.45%高于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率13.21%高于对照组的9.43%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:308 nm准分子激光联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗对白癜风,可有效增强机体免疫功能,降低血清ICAM-1,升高血清SOD,临床治疗疗效好,且安全性高。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of 308 nm excimer laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on T cell subsets and serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with vitiligo. Methods:106 patients with vitiligo diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, with 53 patients in each group. The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser. The observation group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets on the basis of the control group. The T cell subsets, serum ICAM-1, SOD, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum ICAM-1 in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the serum SOD was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). The serum ICAM-1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the serum SOD was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group (92.45% vs 75.47%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (13.21% vs 9.43%) was not statistically significant compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: 308 nm excimer laser combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets can effectively enhance the immune function of the body, reduce serum ICAM-1, and increase serum SOD in the treatment of vitiligo. The clinical treatment is effective and safe.
