走私牛黄样本鉴定的探讨

摘要: 目的:对走私牛黄样本的种类进行鉴定,以评估商品价值。方法:将牛黄样本根据外观分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类4类。联合性状鉴定、显微鉴别与薄层色谱鉴别,鉴定牛黄的来源。依据《中华人民共和国药典》牛黄项下胆红素的测定方法,对牛黄中胆红素的含量进行检测,以此判断牛黄样本的品质。结果:Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类牛黄为正品,但是Ⅲ类粉末类三批牛黄的胆红素含量(分别为17.5%、20.6%、22.3%)低于标准限度(25.0%),为劣质牛黄;Ⅳ类为牛黄伪品,为淀粉和色素混合制作而成。结论:本研究在现有牛黄检验标准的基础上,对走私牛黄的鉴定进行了探讨,为打击牛黄的走私贸易犯罪提供科学、正确、快速和有效的监督检验依据,为多部门联合执法探索了可行的技术路线。

Abstract: Objective:The research identified the types of smuggled bovis calculus samples to evaluate the value of these samples. Methods:According to the appearance, these samples were divided into four types: Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ. The research identified the source of bovis calculus through macroscopic identification,microscopic identification and thin layer chromatography identification. According to the determination method of bilirubin under the term of bovis calculus in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the content of bilirubin in bovis calculus was detected to judge the quality of bovis calculus samples. Results:Type Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ bovis calculus were genuine, but the bilirubin content of Ⅲ powder bovis calculus in three batches (17.5%, 20.6%, and 22.3%, respectively)were lower than the standard limit(25.0%), indicating inferior bovis calculus. Type Ⅳ bovis calculus was fake medicine, which was made by mixing starch and pigment. Conclusion: Based on the existing inspection standards of bovis calculus, this research introduced the identification method of smuggled bovis calculus, which provided scientific, correct, rapid and effective supervision and inspection basis for combating the smuggling trade crime of bovis calculus, and explored feasible technical route for multi-department joint law enforcement.
