摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过分析当前卫生经济评价方法在中医药领域的应用现状，为中医药领域卫生经济学研究提供参考和方向。方法：计算机检索中英文文献数据库（CBM、CNKI、Wanfang Data、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science），筛选中医药领域应用经济学评价方法的研究文献并提取相关信息，采用定性分析方法进行描述。结果本研究共纳入166篇相关文献。首篇研究文献于2004年发表，随后发表研究数量逐年增多。国内研究主要分布在广东省（30篇，18.07%）、北京市（14篇，8.43%）和四川省（12篇，7.23%），且研究机构主要是广州中医药大学和中国中医科学院。所研究疾病主要以神经系统疾病（46篇，27.71%）为主，如脑血管疾病中的缺血性脑卒中、脑梗塞等。纳入研究类型以随机对照试验（121篇，72.89%）为主。研究方法以成本-效果分析为主（141篇，84.94%）；成本计算以直接医疗成本为主（122篇，73.49%）；临床效果评价指标以研究拟定的中医临床症状判断为主（64篇，38.55%），采用生存质量评价标准的研究仅有12篇（7.22%）。结论：我国中医药领域的卫生经济评价研究起步较晚且存在研究地域分布不均衡现象，采用的卫生经济评价方法较单一，评价标准和体系尚不成熟，有必要优化中医药卫生经济研究的区域发展状况，并结合中医药自身发展规律与特点探索和建立有效的中医药卫生经济评价体系，推动我国中医药事业的发展。

Abstract: Objective： By analyzing the current application status of health economic evaluation methods in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)， this study aims to provide reference for the researches of health economics in the field of TCM. Methods： Databases including CBM， CNKI， Wanfang Data， PubMed， the Cochrane Library and Web of Science were electronically searched to collect literatures on the application of economic evaluation methods in the field of TCM. Qualitative descriptive analysis was performed after relevant information was extracted from the included literatures. Results： A total of 166 related literatures were included. The first study was published in 2004， and the number of published studies increased year by year. Domestic studies were mainly distributed in Guangdong province (30， 18.07%)， Beijing (14， 8.43%) and Sichuan province (12， 7.23%)， and the research institutions were mainly Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. The diseases studied were mainly nervous system diseases (46， 27.71%)， such as cerebrovascular diseases (ischemic stroke， cerebral infarction， et al). Most of the included studies were randomized controlled trials (121， 72.89%). The main research method was cost-effectiveness analysis (141， 84.94%).The direct medical cost was the main cost calculation item (122， 73.49%). The evaluation index of clinical effect was mainly based on the clinical symptoms of TCM (64， 38.55%)， and only 12 studies (7.22%) adopted the Quality of Life (QOL) evaluation criteria. Conclusion： The research on health economic evaluation in the field of TCM in China started relatively late， and its geographical distribution is uneven. Furthermore， the health economic evaluation method adopted is single， and the evaluation standard and system are still immature. Therefore， it is necessary to optimize the regional development status of TCM health economic research and explore and establish an effective TCM health economic evaluation system based on the characteristics of TCM， so as to promote the development of TCM in China.
