摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着全球人口老龄化不断加重，高龄骨科患者的数量在不断增加，接受髋部手术的老年患者数量亦不断增加。作为老年患者髋部手术后所面对的主要并发症，术后谵妄的治疗值得关注。本研究通过查阅近年来的相关文献，从理论分析、临床应用等方面阐释了活血化瘀方治疗老年患者髋部手术后谵妄的研究进展。相关研究结果表明，活血化瘀方治疗髋部手术相关术后谵妄有较好的临床效果，且与其他方剂、疗法以及西药联合治疗亦展现出了良好的疗效，为患者的治疗提供了更多选择。未来，在病证结合原则指导下，以证候研究为突破口，可望揭示活血化瘀方治疗老年患者髋部手术后谵妄的综合疗效机制，精准把握其临床应用并提高其疗效。

Abstract: With the increasing aging of the global population， the number of elderly orthopaedic patients is increasing， and the number of elderly patients undergoing hip surgery is also increasing. The treatment of postoperative delirium， a major complication of hip operation in elderly patients， deserves attention. By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years， this paper explains the research progress of promoting blood circulation decoction treating postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients from the aspects of theoretical analysis and clinical application. The results of relevant studies show that activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis can effectively improve clinical symptoms in elderly patients with postoperative delirium after hip surgery， and the combination with other formulas， therapies and western medicines also show good efficacy， which provide options for the treatment of patients. In the future， under the guidance of the principle of combining disease and syndrome and taking the study of syndromes as a breakthrough， it is expected to reveal the comprehensive efficacy mechanism of promoting blood circulation decoction in the treatment of postoperative delirium after hip surgery in elderly patients， and accurately grasp its clinical application and improve its efficacy.
