从整合医学角度诠释幽门螺杆菌感染处理中的某些问题

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，以下简称“H. pylori”）与胃癌的关系广受关注，H. pylori感染可以引起一系列临床疾病，现已确认与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌、胃淋巴瘤密切相关。鉴于H. pylori的耐药率渐增，而根除率渐降，目前H.pylori治疗面临着各种挑战和问题，包括如何合理运用“共识”与“个体化治疗”，如何合理应用抗生素，如何挑战H. pylori耐药性等。本研究站在整合医学视角，探讨“难治性幽门螺杆菌感染”的“个体化整体评估” 和“个体化整体治疗”治疗原则和策略，通过掌控药物“剂量”与“毒性”问题，重视“药物同一性” 与“个体差异性”等阐释，寻求符合中国特色的H.pylori治疗方案，开创“幽门螺杆菌治疗新路径”是H.pylori治疗发展的必由之路，并希望对读者有所裨益。

Abstract: The relationship between Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) and gastric cancer has received much attention. H.pylori infection can cause a series of clinical diseases， and it has been confirmed that it is closely related to chronic gastritis， gastric peptic ulcer， gastric cancer and gastric lymphoma. In light of H.pylori，the drug resistance rate is increasing， but the eradication rate is decreasing. There are many challenges and problems in the treatment of H.pylori， including how to use“Consensus” and“Individual treatment” reasonably， how to use antibiotics reasonably and how to challenge H.pylori.drug resistance， et al. This study explored the principles and strategies of “individualized holistic assessment” and “individualized holistic treatment” for treatment of refractory H.pylori infections from the perspective of integrative medicine， through controlling the problem of “dose” and“toxicity” of drugs， paying attention to the explanation of “drug identity” and “individual difference” and so on， we seek to develop a new way to treat H.pylori， which is the only way to develop the therapy of H.pylori， and it is hoped that it will be beneficial to the readers.
