肿瘤患者导管相关血栓形成危险因素、干预措施及预测模型建立的研究概况

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我国肿瘤及其并发症的诊治水平虽然已取得了很大的提高，但肿瘤患者导管相关血栓形成的发生率、致残率及致死率仍然很高。因此，本研究梳理了近年来有关导管相关性血栓形成的中外文文献，总结了肿瘤患者导管相关血栓形成的主要危险因素、诊断、预防、治疗，以及目前常用的血栓形成临床预测模型、相关量表以及相关研究进展，目的是增进医务人员对导管相关血栓形成的认识，为医护人员、患者和医疗政策制定者提供临床参考依据，从而减少肿瘤患者导管相关血栓形成的发生率，降低致残率和致死率。

Abstract: Although the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and its complications have been greatly improved in China， the incidence， disability and mortality of catheter-related thrombosis in oncology patients are still high. Therefore， this study reviewed the recent foreign and Chinese literatures on catheter-related thrombosis， and summarized the main risk factors， diagnosis，prevention and treatment of catheter-related thrombosis in oncology patients， as well as the commonly used clinical prediction models and scales for thrombosis， and related research progress. The aim is to improve the knowledge of medical staffs on catheter-related thrombosis， and to provide clinical reference for healthcare professionals， patients and healthcare policy makers， so as to reduce the incidence of catheter-related thrombosis and decrease the rate of disability and death.
