摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：关注儿童长期使用免疫抑制剂可能致间质性肺炎的情况，为临床药师参与药学服务提供参考。方法：对2例肾病综合征合并间质性肺炎儿童患者提供全程药学服务，药师通过查阅资料、对患者用药情况进行分析，为临床医生提供治疗方案优化建议。结果：长期使用免疫抑制剂可能导致间质性肺炎，药师干预停用免疫抑制剂后，经过对症治疗，患者好转出院。结论：临床药师作为患者治疗方案制定参与者，应全程追踪患者病情变化及治疗方案变动。对接受免疫抑制剂治疗的患者，药师应关注患者用药前各项身体指标的情况，特别是完善肺部功能检查，做好相关数据资料的备案，及时跟进复查数据，发现可能潜在的隐患，进行干预处理。准确及时的药学服务有助于患者的预后，对儿童患者的生长发育具有积极意义。

Abstract: Objective：To pay attention to children′s long-term use of immunosuppressants may cause interstitial pneumonia， and provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in pharmaceutical care. Methods：Two children with nephrotic syndrome complicated with interstitial pneumonia were provided with whole-course pharmaceutical care. Pharmacists provided suggestions for optimizing the treatment plan by consulting data and analyzing the medication of patients. Results：Long-term use of immunosuppressants is likely to lead to interstitial pneumonia. After the intervention of pharmacists to stop using immunosuppressant， the patient was discharged after improvement. Conclusion：As the participant in the formulation of patients′ treatment plans， clinical pharmacists should track the changes of patients′ conditions and treatment plans. For patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy， pharmacists should pay attention to the physical indicators of patients before medication， especially the test results of lung function， record relevant data and the follow-up data， discover the potential hidden dangers， and conduct intervention. Accurate and timely pharmaceutical care is helpful to the prognosis of patients and has a positive significance for the growth and development of children patients.
