认知障碍疾病的数字化干预

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 认知障碍疾病是一类以持续性认知功能损害为核心，并可能导致患者日常生活和工作能力减退、行为改变的综合征。该疾病病因多样，药物治疗选择及治疗效果有限。随着认知神经科学和数字技术的快速发展，认知障碍疾病的数字化干预受到越来越广泛的关注。其中，以认知训练为代表的数字化干预措施已被应用于多种神经精神疾病和系统性疾病导致的认知障碍预防和治疗中。《认知训练中国指南（2022年版）》对认知训练的适宜对象、实施方法和评估手段等进行了系统指导。虚拟现实及物理刺激等其他数字化干预措施也取得较大进展。数字化认知干预作为一种医疗新技术、新应用，在我国乃至全世界的发展仍处于早期阶段，其临床使用方法和价值仍面临着诸多挑战。本研究总结了目前国际上应用于认知障碍疾病的数字化干预措施，介绍其临床研究及应用现状，以期为我国促进数字化干预在认知障碍诊疗领域的发展提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Cognitive disorders is a type of syndrome with sustained cognitive impairment and may lead to decreased daily life and work abilities， as well as behavioral changes. The cause of cognitive disorder is diverse， and drug treatment options and effects are limited. With the rapid progress in cognitive neuroscience and digital technology， digital interventions for cognitive disorders are receiving increasing attention. Among them， cognitive training as a representative digital intervention method has been applied in clinical practice. The China Guideline for Cognitive Training (2022 Edition) provides systematic guidance on the suitable object， methods of implementation and assessment method for cognitive training. In addition， other digital interventions such as virtual reality and physical stimulation have also made great progress. Digital cognitive intervention， as a new medical technology and application， is still in its early stages of development in China and even around the world. There are still many challenges in its clinical application methods and value. Therefore， this paper summarizes the digital interventions methods currently applied internationally to cognitive disorders， introduces their clinical research and application status， so as to promote the development of digital interventions in the field of cognitive disorders.
