甲状腺切除术后咽喉痛的研究进展

摘要： 术后咽喉痛（POST）是全身麻醉气管插管术后常见且较易被忽视的并发症，多因气管插管造成咽喉部和气道黏膜受损，局部刺激和炎症反应所引起。这种不适在甲状腺切除患者中表现更为显著，影响更大，除引起患者咽喉部不适，还可能刺激颈前肌群剧烈收缩，导致手术部位出血量增加，甚至可能迁延发展成慢性咽喉相关疾病。因此，做好甲状腺切除患者POST的康复护理尤为重要。目前临床上针对甲状腺切除POST的预防和治疗方法较多，但药物不良反应问题亦不应忽视；中医药结合治疗干预效果较好，正受到广泛重视。本研究从甲状腺切除患者POST的临床表现、病因病机、影响因素、评估工具以及护理干预措施等方面对甲状腺切除POST的相关研究进行综述，以期为临床护理人员管理甲状腺切除POST及制定相应的干预措施提供参考。

Abstract: Postoperative sore throat (POST) is a common and easily ignored complication after tracheal intubation under general anesthesia. It is mostly caused by damage of throat and airway mucosa， local irritation and inflammatory response caused by tracheal intubation. This discomfort is more significant and has a greater impact in patients after thyroid surgery. In addition to causing throat discomfort， it may also stimulate the violent contraction of the anterior jugular muscle group， leading to increased bleeding at the surgical site and can even prolong the development of chronic throat related diseases. Therefore， rehabilitation nursing of POST after thyroidectomy is very important. At present , there are many clinical prevention and treatment methods for post thyroidectomy, but the problem of adverse drug reactions should not be ignored. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with therapeutic intervention effect is widely paid attention to. This paper summarizes the clinical manifestations， etiology， pathogenesis， influencing factors， evaluation tools and nursing intervention measures of POST， in order to provide reference for clinical nursing staff to manage post-thyroidectomy POST and formulate corresponding intervention measures.
