“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”的临床医学专业人才培养方案改革初探

摘要: 当前医学教育需要不断创新发展,传统的“以学科为中心”的教学模式,已经不能适应高等医学教育改革的发展需要。近年来,“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”的教育教学新模式已经成为医学教育改革的重要趋势。本研究对“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”培养模式下临床医学专业人才培养方案的制定进行了初步探讨,强调了培养方案的制定在开展“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”教学改革中的重要性,提出了高等医学教育临床医学专业的培养方案制定过程中,需要根据时代需求制定培养目标、根据医学教育规律确定课程体系、根据学生学习心理优化培养方式、根据教学目标创新教学方法、以促进能力提升为导向改进考核评价体系等多方面的核心观点。本研究阐述了人才培养方案设计原则及设计过程,为国内各高等医学院校开展“以器官系统为基础,以疾病为中心”改革过程中培养方案的制定,提供详细可靠的理论依据。

Abstract: At present, medical education needs continuous innovation and development. The traditional “subject-centered” teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of higher medical education reform. In recent years, the new “organ-system based, disease centered” teaching mode has become an important trend of medical education reform. This study preliminarily discussed the formulation of clinical medical professionals training program under the “organ-system based, disease centered” training mode. It emphasizes the importance of formulating the training program in “organ-system based, disease centered” teaching reform, and puts forward the views that in the process of formulating the training program of clinical medical professionals in higher medical education, it is necessary to formulate training objectives according to the needs of the times, formulate curriculum system according to the rule of medical education, optimize training methods according to students′ learning psychology, innovate teaching methods according to teaching objectives, improve the evaluation system to promote the ability. This study describes the design principle and process of talent training program, and provides a detailed and reliable theoretical basis for the training program development in the “organ-system based, disease centered” training mode reform in domestic medical colleges and universities.
