摘要： 以岗位胜任力为导向的医药学教育改革在世界范围内不断推进。目前迫切需要制订符合我国国情的药学服务型人才岗位胜任力框架，进而明确培养目标。本研究通过阐述我国药学服务型人才岗位胜任力的研究现状，总结国内研究、已发布的标准及共识中药学服务型人才岗位胜任力的构成要素，讨论了不同条件下岗位胜任力评分的差异及影响因素，并提出了药学服务型人才阶梯式培养目标设定的思考，包括药学服务型人才岗位胜任力与医师岗位胜任力的关系，药学服务型人才岗位胜任力要素应与时俱进，药学服务型人才岗位胜任力体系应系统化，以岗位胜任力为导向的药学服务型人才培养应个性化。

Abstract: The medical education reform guided by post competency is constantly advancing worldwide， and it is urgent to develop a competency framework for pharmaceutical care talents that is in line with the national conditions of our country. Furthermore， the cultivation objectives of service-oriented pharmaceutical talents should be clarified based on post competency. This article first elaborates on the current research status of the competency of service-oriented pharmaceutical talents in China， and points out the constituent elements of the competency of service-oriented pharmaceutical talents in the published studies， standards and consensus. Then the differences and influencing factors of post competency scores under different conditions were discussed. Finally， the considerations for setting stepped cultivation objectives for pharmaceutical care talents were proposed， including the relationship between the post competency of pharmaceutical care talents and the post competency of physicians， the advancement of the post competency elements of pharmaceutical care talents with the times， the systematization of the post competency system for pharmaceutical care talents， and differentiated training of pharmaceutical care talents with post competency as the orientation.
