Abstract: Objective： To provide reference for effectively performing the duties of licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises. Methods： By sorting out the requirements for licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises， the status， responsibilities and roles of licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises， the status quo and existing problems of licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises were analyzed， and the thoughts and suggestions on effectively performing the duties of licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises were put forward. Results： At the present stage， due to the inadequate regulations and management mechanism of licensed pharmacists， some drug wholesale enterprises lack the sense of responsibility， and do not employ licensed pharmacists as quality management personnel as required， and the level of professional competence and ability of licensed pharmacists are not high， and it is difficult for licensed pharmacists in the drug wholesale enterprises to effectively play the role of quality management. Conclusion： It is suggested to clarify the requirements for licensed pharmacists in drug wholesale enterprises in relevant laws and regulations， urge drug wholesale enterprises to fulfill the main responsibility of quality management， strengthen the allocation and use of licensed pharmacists， and improve the quality of continuing education of licensed pharmacists， so as to promote licensed pharmacists to play a better role， ensuring drug quality in the wholesale process and ensure drug safety for the public.
