摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析总结国内外房颤诊断与治疗的研究现状、热点及趋势。方法：以Web of Science核心合集数据库作为数据来源，检索2012—2022年发表的房颤诊断与治疗的相关文献，获取文献的基本信息，评价文献质量，运用CiteSpace 6.2. R2软件进行发文量、作者、机构、国家、期刊、共被引文献及关键词可视化分析。结果：经过筛选最终纳入4143篇文献。分析结果显示，发文量呈整体上升趋势；美国、中国和英国是该研究领域的重要国家；哈佛大学、奥尔堡大学和哥本哈根大学是主要的研究机构；发文量最高的作者是Lip Gregory YH。主要研究热点为：①房颤的临床诊断措施；②探究房颤的病因和诱因；③房颤的治疗手段与措施。研究前沿为：①人工智能和机器学习在房颤的监测和预测中的运用；②性别差异对卒中风险、抗凝治疗的影响。结论：本研究运用CiteSpace软件对诊断与治疗房颤相关的研究进行可视化展示，总结归纳了该领域的研究方向、研究热点和研究前沿。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze and summarize the current status， hot spots and trends of domestic and international researches on the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods： The Web of Science core collection database were used as the data source. The literature on the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation from 2012 to 2022 were searched， to obtain the basic information of the literature. The quality of the literature was evaluated. CiteSpace 6.2. R2 software was used to conduct visual analysis of the number of publications， authors， institutions， countries， journals， co-cited literature and keywords. Results： After screening， 4143 articles were included. The results of the analysis showed that the number of published papers present an overall increasing trend in the past decade. The important countries in this field were the United States， China， and the United kingdom. The main research institutions were Harvard University， Aalborg University， University of Copenhagen. In addition， Lip Gregory YH published the most articles in this research fields. The main research focus on： ①clinical diagnostic measures of atrial fibrillation； ②investigate the causes and triggers of atrial fibrillation； ③treatments of atrial fibrillation. The frontiers in atrial fibrillation research are： ①Apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to monitor and predict atrial fibrillation； ②effects of gender difference on stroke risk and anticoagulant therapy. Conclusion： This study present a visual analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation based on CiteSpace， and revealing the research directions， research hotspot and frontiers in this field.
