卒中后认知障碍的中西医治疗研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 卒中后认知障碍（post-stroke cognitive impairment，PSCI）指卒中后6个月时仍存在认知障碍的临床综合征，是卒中患者常见的并发症，在一定程度上影响卒中患者的生存率、生活质量，且给患者家庭及社会带来沉重负担。目前PSCI西医治疗方法主要包括暂时缓解症状的药物、认知训练以及现代康复疗法等，中医治疗则以针灸、中药为主。不同的干预措施对PSCI的作用机制各有差异，临床治疗中多以中西医二者相结合。但目前针对PSCI仍未有公认的标准化干预措施，多种疗法的联合应用在临床上能取得一定疗效，而患者治疗成本也随之提高。本研究对PSCI中西医治疗的研究进展作一综述，以期为该病的临床防治提供参考，并促进今后其治疗方案的优化。

Abstract: Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) refers to the clinical syndrome of cognitive impairment persisting up to 6 months after the stroke， which is a common complication of post-stroke patients， to a certain extent affects the survival rate， quality of life of the patients， and brings heavy burden to the patient′s family and the society.At present， Western medicine treatment for PSCI mainly includes medications for short-term symptom alleviation， cognitive training and modern rehabilitation therapies， while Chinese medicine treatment mainly relies on acupuncture and Chinese herbs. Different therapies have different mechanisms of action on PSCI， and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is usually used in clinical treatment. The combination of different medicines can reach a certain efficacy in clinical practice， but there is currently no standardized intervention for PSCI， and the treatment costs of patient are rising as a result.This study reviewed the research progress in the treatment of PSCI with traditional Chinese and Western medicine， so as to provide reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of PSCI and promote the optimization of treatment plan in the future.
