中药饮片质量现存问题及对策分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过总结分析我院入库的中药饮片常见质量问题，提出相应的整改措施，以提高中药饮片的质量管理，保证临床安全用药。方法：选取2021年1~12月我院收入库的中药饮片质量情况进行回顾性分析，归纳整理饮片存在的问题，并提出相应的改进措施。结果：在2021年入库的4387批中药饮片中，有229批中药饮片存在质量问题，主要包括含非药用部位51批（占比22.3%）；饮片性状不合规74批（占比32.3%）；饮片基源存疑25批（占比10.9%）；炮制问题31批（占比13.5%）；饮片变质9批（占比3.9%）。药品保存期间存在的质量问题主要有走油、霉变、虫蛀、粘连、气味散失、潮解等。导致饮片产生质量问题的主要原因包括来源存疑、药品等级差、掺伪掺杂、加工炮制不当、含非用药部位等。结论：目前我院入库的中药饮片质量存在较多问题。为了保证临床用药的安全性、提高中药饮片的药效及治疗效果，饮片验收过程中应高度重视、严格把关，并加强库房养护与保管，以提高中药饮片管理质量。

Abstract: Objective：To summarize and analyze the common quality problems of Chinese herbal decoction pieces stored in our hospital， and put forward the corresponding rectification measures to improve the quality management of Chinese herbal decoction pieces and ensure safe clinical medication.Methods： The quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces put in storage in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 was retrospectively analyzed， the existing problems of Chinese herbal decoction pieces stored in our hospital were summarized， and corresponding improvement measures were proposed. Results：Among the 4387 batches of TCM prepared pieces stored in 2021， 229 batches of TCM prepared pieces had quality problems， mainly including 51 batches containing non-medicinal parts (22.3%). The characters of decoction pieces were not compliant in 74 batches (32.3%). There were 25 batches (10.9%) of decoction pieces whose base source was suspected. There were 31 batches with processing problems (13.5%). 9 batches of decoction pieces deteriorated (3.9%). The main quality problems during drug storage are oil， mildew， moth， adhesion， odor loss， delixing and so on. The main reasons leading to the quality problems of decoction pieces include doubtful source, poor grade of drugs, adulteration and doping, improper processing and processing, including non-medicated parts. Conclusion：At present， there are some quality problems in the Chinese herbal decoction pieces stored in our hospital. In order to ensure the safety of clinical medication and improve the efficacy and therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal decoction pieces， great attention should be paid to and strict control should be carried out during the acceptance of Chinese herbal decoction pieces into storage， and the maintenance and storage of the warehouse should be strengthened to improve the management quality of Chinese herbal decoction pieces.
