基于Web of Science对儿童法洛四联症领域研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research on Pediatric Tetralogy of Fallot Based on Web of Science

摘要:

目的:分析儿童法洛四联症的研究现状及热点,为儿童法洛四联症的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:运用VOSviewer1.6.19软件和R语言的Bibliometrix包对Web of Science数据库中收录的儿童法洛四联症相关文献进行分析。结果:共检索到4431篇有效文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势,美国(1213篇)是发文量最多的国家,其次是中国(793篇);Mcelhinney DB35篇)是发文量最多的作者;Pediatric Cardiology188篇)是发文量最多的期刊;加拿大多伦多大学为该领域的重要研究机构。通过关键词聚类分析,共生成3个聚类簇,分别关注儿童法洛四联症的筛查和诊断、流行病学调查以及该领域的治疗和预后管理等方面。结论:19802023年儿童法洛四联症领域研究不断增多,但不同国家、机构及作者之间的合作有待加强。未来,随着医疗技术的进步,质谱技术和基因检测等将在法洛四联症的病理机制研究及个性化治疗中发挥更大作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the current research status and hotspots in pediatric tetralogy of Fallot to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: VOSviewer 1.6.19 and the Bibliometrix package in R were used to analyze literature related to pediatric tetralogy of Fallot collected in the Web of Science database.Results: A total of 4431 valid articles were retrieved showing an overall increasing trend in publication volume. The United States 1213 articles has the highest number of publications in this field followed by China 793 articles. The most prolific author was Mcelhinney DB 35 articles), and the journal with the highest output was Pediatric Cardiology 188 articles. The University of Toronto in Canada emerged as a key research institution in this field. Through keyword clustering analysis three clusters were identified focusing on screening and diagnosis epidemiological studies and treatment and management of outcomes in pediatric tetralogy of Fallot.Conclusion: Research on pediatric tetralogy of Fallot has steadily increased from 1980 to 2023 however collaboration among different countries institutions and authors needs improvement. With advancements in medical technology mass spectrometry and genetic testing are expected to play a greater role in the study of tetralogy of Fallot's pathophysiology and in personalized treatment approaches.
