翻转课堂联合模拟培训在麻醉科住院医师喉部超声教学中的应用

Application of Flipped Classroom Combined with Simulation-Based Training in Laryngeal Ultrasonography Teaching for Anesthesiologists

摘要:

目的:探讨和评价翻转课堂联合模拟培训在麻醉科住院医师喉部超声教学中的应用效果和可行性。方法:选取20229月至20234月在我院麻醉科培训的住院医师共30名,按随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各15名。对照组采用集中理论授课和临床实践培训为主的传统教学方法进行教学,试验组采用翻转课堂联合模拟培训进行教学。培训结束后,比较两组医师的理论考核成绩和喉部超声操作技能考核成绩,并对两组的教学培训效果进行问卷调查评价。结果:两组医师理论考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组基础技能考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。进阶考核中,试验组自愿报名进阶技能考核的人数多于对照组(P<0.05),且完成进阶考核的成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学效果满意度问卷调查显示,试验组对超声学习兴趣增强、麻醉管理意识加强、学习效率提高、临床操作信心提高等方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂联合模拟培训在麻醉科住院医师喉部超声教学中的应用有利于提高教学质量。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore and evaluate the application effect and feasibility of flipped classroom combined with simulation-based training in laryngeal ultrasonography teaching for anesthesiologists.Methods: A total of 30 anesthesiologists trained in the department of anesthesiology of our hospital from September 2022 to April 2023 were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method with 15 anesthesiologists in each group. The control group was trained using traditional teaching methods mainly focused on theoretical lessons and clinical practice training. The experimental group was taught by flipped classroom combined with simulation-based training. After the trainingthe theoretical test score and laryngeal ultrasonography operation skill test results of the two groups of anesthesiologists were compared and the training effects of the two groups were evaluated by questionnaire.Results: There were no statistical significant differences between the two groups in the theoretical test scores P>0.05.The test results of basic operation skill of anesthesiologists in the experimental group were obviously higher than those of the control group P<0.05. In the advanced operation skill examination the number of voluntary applicants for advanced skill examination in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group P<0.05), and the success rate of completing the advanced examination were higher than that of the control group P<0.05.The teaching effect satisfaction questionnaire showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group on the enhancement of interest in learning ultrasound skills the enhancement of anesthesia management consciousness the improvement of learning efficiency and the improvement of clinical operation confidence P<0.05 .Conclusion: The application of flipped classroom combined with simulation-based training in laryngeal ultrasonography teaching for anesthesiologists is conducive to improve the teaching quality.
