子宫内膜异位症相关非编码RNA研究进展

摘要:

子宫内膜异位症(EMS)是影响育龄期女性健康的常见妇科良性疾病,特征是子宫内膜出现在子宫体以外的部位,临床主要表现为盆腔疼痛和不孕,严重危害女性健康。目前,EMS主要的治疗方法有药物和手术等,但仍然缺乏有效的治疗手段,因此EMS成为影响女性生活质量及生育能力的常见病、多发病。EMS的病因尚不明确,探索该病的发病机制、寻找治疗靶点具有积极意义。随着基因测序的迅速发展,EMS的病因探索迎来了新的挑战。有研究发现,临床实践中表观遗传学可能参与EMS的发展。非编码RNA是指不编码蛋白质的RNA,包括微小RNAmiRNA)和长链非编码RNAlncRNA)等。目前非编码RNAEMS的关系已有初步研究,非编码RNA的异常表达可通过促进血管生成、细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、细胞侵袭、细胞迁移、上皮-间质转化、炎症以及雌激素和孕酮失调,从而促进EMS发展。本研究通过综述近年来有关一些非编码RNAEMS中的表达模式及作用机制的研究进展,探讨多种非编码RNA作为EMS潜在的生物标志物及治疗靶点的可行性,旨在为EMS的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Endometriosis EMS is a common benign gynecological disease affecting the health of women of childbearing age which is characterized by the presence of endometriosis outside the body of the uterus. The clinical manifestations are mainly pelvic pain and infertility which seriously harm women's health. At present the main treatment methods of EMS are medicine and surgery.However there is still a lack of effective treatment so it has become a common disease that affects the quality of life and fertility of women. The etiology of EMS is not clear yet. It is of positive significance to explore the pathogenesis of the disease and search for therapeutic targets. With the rapid development of gene sequencing the exploration of the etiology of EMS has faced new challenges. Studies have found that epigenetics may be involved in the development of EMS in clinical practice.Non-coding RNA refers to RNA that does not code for proteins including microRNA miRNA and long non-coding RNA lncRNA etc. At present the relationship between non-coding RNA and EMS has been preliminarily studied. Abnormal expression of non-coding RNA can promote the development of EMS by promoting angiogenesis apoptosis cell proliferation cell invasion cell migration epithelial-mesenchymal transformation inflammation and estrogen and progesterone dysregulation. This study reviewed the recent research progress on the expression patterns and action mechanisms of some non-coding RNAs in EMS in recent years and discussed the feasibility of multiple non-coding RNAs as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets of EMS to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of EMS.
