品管圈活动在降低药剂科药品报损率中的应用价值研究

摘要:

目的:探讨品管圈活动对降低药剂科药品报损率的应用价值,旨在为提高药剂科药品管理质量提供依据。方法:选取我院药剂科作为研究对象,通过组建品管圈小组,运用头脑风暴法和鱼骨图对药品报损原因进行了深入分析,并基于实际情况制定干预对策。评估品管圈活动带来的有形成果(药品报损率、目标达标率、进步率)及无形成果(圈员个人能力提升)。结果:品管圈活动实施前的药品报损率为0.080%,活动后总体药品报损率下降至0.029%,降幅达63.75%。品管圈活动后目标达标率为126.59%,进步率为120.68%。品管圈活动实施后,圈员品管手法、沟通协调、积极性、团队精神、发掘问题的能力有不同程度提升。药品报损的主要原因为药库药房管理制度不完善、科室抢救和备用药品审批制度不完整、药品摆放布局及环境不达标、效期管理信息化程度低等。针对这些问题,研究团队提出并落实具体的干预措施,如实行药品管理责任制、优化药品流通环节、引入6S管理制度等,优化了药品管理工作流程,减少了药品报损率。结论:品管圈活动能降低药剂科药品报损率,同时能提升圈员品管手法、工作效率、团队精神、工作积极性以及发掘问题的能力,有利于确保临床用药安全及降低耗损,提高药房药品质量管理水平。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the application value of quality control circle QCC activity in reducing drug loss rate in pharmacy department and to provide basis for improving the quality of drug management in pharmacy department.Methods: The pharmacy department of our hospital was selected as the research object and the QCC team was set up. Brainstorming methods and fishbone diagrams were employed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the reasons for drug losses and intervention countermeasures were devised and implemented based on the actual situation. The tangible results drug loss rate target achievement rate progress rate and intangible results individual ability improvement of QCC members brought about by QCC activities were evaluated.Results: The drug loss rate was 0.080% before the implementation of QCC activitiesand the overall drug loss rate dropped to 0.029% decreased by 63.75% after the QCC activities. After the QCC activity the target achievement rate was 126.59% and the progress rate was 120.68%. After the implementation of the QCC activities the quality control techniques communication and coordination work enthusiasm team spirit and problem discovery ability of the QCC members were improved in varying degrees. The main reasons for drug loss included imperfect management system of drug storehouse and pharmacy incomplete approval processes for emergency and reserve medications within departments drug layout and environmental conditions not meeting standard. and low informatization level of expiry management. In response to these problems the research team proposed and implemented specific intervention measures such as implementing the drug management responsibility system optimizing the drug circulation procedures and adopting the 6S management approach. These measures optimized the drug management process and reduced drug loss rate.Conclusion: QCC activities can reduce the drug loss rate in pharmacy department and improve the quality control techniques work efficiency team spirit work enthusiasm and the ability to explore problems of the QCC members which is beneficial to ensure the safety of clinical drug use reduce consumption and improve drug quality management level in pharmacy department.
