需求侧视域下高等药学人才培养模式探析

摘要：

随着“新医改”稳步推进，为更好地满足公众对于用药安全的需求，“新药科”作为新医科建设的重要环节之一，对药学人才培养提出了新要求，药学教育正面临新的挑战与机遇。高等药学教育是药学专业技术人才的主要“缔造”途径，应主动适应健康产业发展的需求，并与国际药学教育接轨，以培养服务生命全周期、健康全过程的复合型药学人才为总目标，高度重视学科交叉，融合创新，推动药学课程整合模式优化和师资储备体系转变，全面改革实践技能培养模式，倡导药学教育与执业资格制度衔接，加强供需两侧协同发展，培养适应“健康中国”需求的高质量药师队伍。本研究分析了我国当前高等药学教育人才培养体系的现状、存在的问题与挑战，并提出了解决对策与建议，旨在探讨药学教育教学改革问题，推动建立符合我国国情的药学服务人才体系。

Abstract:

With the steady progress of the "new healthcare reform"， in order to better meet the public's demand for safe medication， the new pharmaceutical education， as one of the important parts of the new medical education， puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals and pharmaceutical education is facing new challenges and opportunities. Higher pharmaceutical education is the main way to "create" pharmaceutical professionals， and should actively adapt to the needs of health industry development and in line with international pharmaceutical education. The overall goal of pharmaceutical education in China is to cultivate the service-oriented pharmaceutical professionals who serves the whole life cycle and whole process of health， which emphasis on interdisciplinary integration and innovation. It is needed to cultivate a high-quality pharmacist team that meets the needs of Healthy China by promoting the transformation of the curriculum and teacher-reserve system， advocating the connection between pharmaceutical education and professional qualification system， strengthening the coordinated development of supply and demand sides， and comprehensive reforming the practical skills training pattern. This study analyzed the status quo， existing problems and challenges of the current personnel training system of higher pharmaceutical education in China， and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions， aiming at exploring the teaching reform of pharmaceutical education and promoting the establishment of professional team of pharmaceutical care which in line with China's national conditions.
