大语言模型在中医诊断学教学中的应用

摘要:

中医诊断学作为中医学的重要课程,其复杂的理论体系和高度实践性的特点对传统教学方法提出了挑战。当前教学模式主要依赖于课堂讲授和临床实习,存在学生参与度低、实践资源有限等问题。大语言模型能够显著提升学生的理论知识掌握情况和实践能力,同时增强学习积极性和自主学习能力。通过个性化的学习体验和丰富的虚拟实践资源,学生能够更加深入地理解中医诊断学的复杂理论体系,并在模拟环境中积累临床经验。本研究阐述大语言模型的技术基础和优势,提出利用大语言模型进行教学改革的思路,并通过实际应用案例展示其在个性化辅导、虚拟病例生成和模拟诊断训练中的具体应用,提出课程设计与教学方法多样化、师资培训与技术支持的重要性,强调通过灵活多样的课程设计和互动式教学方法,充分发挥大语言模型的优势,探索大语言模型与虚拟现实(VR)和增强现实(AR)技术的结合,开发智能学习平台,以提供更精准的个性化辅导和反馈。以期为大语言模型在中医诊断学教学中的应用提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

As an essential course in traditional Chinese medicine TCM), diagnostics in TCM presents challenges to traditional teaching methods due to its complex theoretical system and highly practical nature. The current teaching model mainly relies on classroom lectures and clinical internships which suffer from low student engagement and limited practical resources. Large language models LLMs can significantly enhance students' grasp of theoretical knowledge and practical skills while also boost learn enthusiasm and self-directed learning abilities. By providing a personalized learning experience and rich virtual practice resources students can gain a deeper understanding of the complex theoretical system of TCM diagnostics and accumulate clinical experience in a simulated environment. This study elucidates the technical foundation and advantages of LLMs proposes ideas for teaching reform using LLMs and demonstrates their specific applications in personalized tutoring virtual case generation and simulated diagnostic training through practical application cases. It emphasizes the importance of diversified curriculum design and teaching methods faculty training and technical support advocating for the full utilization of LLMs through flexible and diverse course designs and interactive teaching methods. Furthermore it explores the integration of LLMs with virtual reality VR and augmented reality AR technologies to develop intelligent learning platforms providing more precise personalized tutoring and feedback to provide a reference for the application of LLMs in TCM diagnostics education.
