Abstract:

Objective： To explore the short-term and long-term effects of collaborative drug therapy management （CDTM） model in community gout patients.Methods： 102 gout patients treated in our community service center from January 2023 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method， with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine drug management intervention， and the observation group was given CDTM intervention. Both groups were followed up for 12 months. The blood uric acid compliance rate of patients before intervention， after 3， 6， 9， 12 months intervention of patients in the two groups was measured， respectively， and the differences in medication safety cognition， attitude， self-efficacy and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before intervention and 12 months after intervention， and the degree of satisfaction of the intervention was evaluated.Results： After 3， 6， 9， 12 months of intervention， the blood uric acid compliance rates of patients in the observation group were 56.86%， 60.78%， 64.71%， 74.51%， respectively， which were higher than 37.25%， 41.18%， 45.10% and 50.98% in the control group （P < 0.05）. After 12 months of intervention， the drug safety cognition， attitude， self-efficacy scores， quality of life scores and satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： CDTM model intervention has good short-term and long-term effects in community gout patients， which can effectively improve patients' medication safety cognition， attitude and self-efficacy， improve their quality of life， and enhance their satisfaction with medication services.
