非编码RNA在脑出血的作用及机制研究进展

摘要:

脑出血(ICH)是指脑实质内血管破裂导致血液外渗并形成血肿的一种急性脑血管疾病,作为中风的一个亚型,具有高致残率和高死亡率的特点,给个人、家庭和社会带来沉重负担。ICH病因多样,主要包括高血压、脑血管畸形等。ICH后的病理损伤包括原发性和继发性脑损伤,ICH后血肿的占位效应会压迫脑组织引起原发性脑损伤,而血肿成分及其降解产物可以导致继发性脑损伤,如影响线粒体功能障碍、小胶质细胞激活、神经递质和炎症介质的释放而对脑组织造成损伤。目前治疗脑出血的方法主要是手术和内科治疗,但是均具有一定的局限性。非编码RNAsNon-coding RNAsncRNAs)主要分为3类:microRNAmiRNA)、长链非编码RNAlncRNA)和环状RNAcircRNA)。大量研究结果显示ncRNAs在脑出血病理机制中扮演重要角色,与疾病预后密切相关。非编码RNA在脑出血中的研究逐渐深入,本研究通过对非编码RNA调节ICH后的增殖与氧化应激、神经与血管再生、自噬、脑水肿和血脑屏障、细胞死亡和炎症等机制进行综述,以期为ICH的研究和临床治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract:

Intracerebral hemorrhage ICH refers to an acute cerebrovascular disease caused by the rupture of blood vessels within the brain parenchyma leading to blood extravasation and the formation of a hematoma. As a subtype of stroke it is characterized by high rates of disability and mortality imposing heavy pressure on individuals families and society. The causes of ICH are diverse primarily including hypertension and cerebrovascular malformations. Pathological damage after ICH includes primary and secondary brain injury. The occupying effect of hematoma after ICH can compress brain tissue and cause primary brain injury while the components and degradation products of hematoma can lead to secondary brain injury. At present the main methods for treating cerebral hemorrhage are surgery and internal medicine but both have certain limitations. Non coding RNAs ncRNAs refer to RNAs that do not encode proteins. Non coding RNAs ncRNAs are mainly divided into three categories microRNAmiRNA), Long non coding RNA lncRNA and circular RNA circRNA. Numerous studies have shown that ncRNAs play an important role in the pathological mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage and are closely related to disease prognosis. The research on non coding RNA in cerebral hemorrhage is gradually deepening. This article reviews the mechanisms of proliferation and oxidative stress nerve and vascular regeneration autophagy brain edema and blood-brain barrier cell death and inflammation regulated by non coding RNA after ICH in order to provide new ideas for the research and clinical treatment of ICH.
