数据挖掘技术在中医治疗肺病研究中的应用现状

摘要：

通过检索分析近10年发表的有关数据挖掘技术在中医治疗肺病研究中的应用文献，旨在为数据挖掘技术在中医治疗肺病研究中的进一步应用提供参考与借鉴。在中国知网首页中，勾选学术期刊和学位论文选项，采用主题词“数据挖掘”AND“中医治疗”AND“肺”进行高级检索，经过人工评阅与筛选，去除与主题不相符的文献，对获取的文献运用Excel建立数据库，并利用数据挖掘技术对文献进行整理归纳与分析。共检索到相关文献81篇，经评价与筛选纳入有效文献79篇；数据挖掘技术主要应用于用药规律和对名中医治疗肺病经验的挖掘；常用的数据挖掘软件有Excel、SPSS系列，中医传承辅助系统，古今医案云平台等；主要数据挖掘算法有关联规则、频次分析、聚类分析、因子分析和复杂网络等。数据挖掘技术在中医治疗肺病的研究中有了诸多方向的应用，但对中医治疗肺病的药物作用机制和病理病机等方向的研究不够多，应当进行更为深入的研究，为提高中医治疗肺病疗效提供更可靠的依据。

Abstract:

To retrieve and analyze the literature on the application of data mining technology in the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung diseases in the past 10 years， aiming to provide reference for the further application of data mining technology in the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung diseases. In the homepage of China National Knowledge Infrastructure， the options of academic journals and dissertations were selected， and the advanced search was conducted with the key word "data mining" AND "traditional Chinese medicine treatment" AND "lung". After manual review and screening， the literature that did not conform to the theme was removed， the obtained literature was used to establish a database with Excel， and the literature was collated， summarized and analyzed with data mining technology. A total of 81 relevant literature were retrieved out， and 79 effective literature were included after evaluation and screening. Data mining technology was mainly used in the mining of medication rules and mining of experience of famous traditional Chinese doctor in treating lung diseases. The commonly used data mining software includes Excel， SPSS series， traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system， ancient modern medical cases cloud platform， etc. The main data mining algorithms include association rules， frequency analysis， cluster analysis， factor analysis and complex network， etc. Mining technology has been applied in many directions in the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung diseases， but there are not enough studies on the mechanism of drug action and pathological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lung diseases， and more in-depth research should be carried out to provide more reliable basis for improving the curative effect of traditional medicine treatment of lung diseases.
