摘要/Abstract

摘要： 左心室血栓是临床较为常见的临床合并症，其病因较多，主要见于急性心肌梗死，也可见于自身免疫性疾病，而干燥综合征合并左心室血栓目前尚未见相关报道。鉴于其可能导致的严重并发症，对于存在左心室血栓的患者，除了治疗原发病外，还需充分抗凝以消除血栓。
