国内医学领域专家系统的研究主题与研究者合作能力分析

Analysis on the Research Topic and Researcher Cooperation Ability of Expert Systems Studies in Medical Field in China

摘要: 目的:全面分析国内人工智能专家系统的研究主题与研究者合作能力,为学者今后开展医学领域专家系统相关研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据库,纳入相关文献,采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对主要信息进行提取和整理,并生成共现矩阵,采用NetDraw绘制网络图,gCLUTO对主要关键词进行聚类分析。结果:共纳入629篇关于专家系统的研究。近年来研究数量呈波动状态甚至下降趋势,我国共有28个省、自治区和直辖市的研究人员及机构参与了此类研究,作者之间出现6个合作团队,研究主题主要分为3个。结论:我国参与专家系统研究的人员和机构众多,但彼此缺乏合作或合作不够紧密,而且存在明显的地域不均衡性,研究主题较狭窄。建议在今后的研究中,各作者、研究单位、省份之间能进一步加强合作,不断拓展研究主题。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the current research status of research topic and the researcher cooperation ability of expert systems in China,so as to provide reference for future research of expert systems in medical field. Methods:We systematically searched major Chinese databases(CBM,CNKI,Wanfang), and included all available studies of expert systems in Chinese papers, and extracted the related information (year, province, researcher and institutions) and produced co-matrix by BICOMS-2 software, the figure of network was pro-duced by NetDraw,cluster analysis was performed by gCLUTO. Results:A total of 629 studies on expert systems were included. The number of studies in recent years has been the volatility or even decline. The researchers and institutions come from 28 provinces(citys)in China. There were six teams between the author cooperation,and there were three main research topics. Conclusion:There are many researchers and institutions involved in expert systems research in China,but lack of cooperation or cooperation is not close enough,and there was obvious geographical imbalance,and the research topic is narrow.Therefore,it is suggested that the authors, institutions and provinces should further strengthen cooperation and expand the research subject in the future.
