黄连微生物限度检查方法适用性试验

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：建立黄连微生物限度检查方法。方法：参照《中华人民共和国药典》“中药饮片微生物限度检查法”增订草案进行方法适用性试验和供试品检查。结果：微生物计数方法适用性试验：将黄连进行1∶20稀释后，采用平皿法中的倾注法进行微生物回收试验；控制菌检查方法适用性试验：将黄连进行1∶20稀释后，取规定量的供试液，依相应的控制菌（大肠埃希菌、沙门菌）检查方法进行试验。结论：经方法适用性试验，本品可采用该方法进行微生物限度检查。

Abstract: Objective： To develop a microbial limit test method for Coptis chinensis. Methods： Establish the method suitability test and sample inspection method according to“microbial limit test methods for Chinese Herbal Medicine”(exposure draft) of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Results： Microbiological counting method suitability test： dilute Coptis chinensis by 1∶20， then continue the microbial recovery test referring to plate pouring method. Control bacteria examination method suitability test： dilute Coptis chinensis by 1∶20， take specified quantity of testing liquid to test Escherichia coli and Salmonella paratyphi according to different test methods. Conclusion： Confirmed by method suitability test， the method can be used for microbial limit test for Coptis chinensis.
