Abstract: Accurate and reliable medicine test results are related to the safety and effectiveness of medicine. In this paper, CNKI is used as the retrieval platform, CiteSpace 5.5 knowledge map software and Gephi social analysis visualization software are used from the perspective of literature metrology. Based on quantitative and supplemented qualitatively analysis, relevant literatures in the field of medicines microbiological examination are statistically analyzed and summarized, and the research status, hot spots and future research directions in this field are presented in the form of data visualization. Results show that microorganisms in mediciness, microbial limit test and microbial test are the three major nodes of medicines microbial test at present, providing reference for future research in the field of microbial test.
