摘要: 文通过归纳桡骨远端骨折的诊治现状,综述分析3D打印技术在桡骨远端骨折诊疗中的应用,旨在探讨3D打印技术在桡骨远端骨折中的应用前景。利用3D打印的1∶1实体模型能直观地做出诊断,分析受伤机制,分型,术前模拟手术过程,并且可以为桡骨远端骨折提供术前指导,制订个性化手术方案、手术入路选择、术后康复方案。

Abstract: By summarizing the current situation of diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fractures, the application of 3D printing technology in the diagnosis and treatment of distal radius fractures is reviewed to explore the application prospect of 3D printing technology in distal radius fractures. The 3D printed 1:1 solid model can be used to visually diagnose, analyze the mechanism of injury, classify, and simulate the surgical procedure before operation. It can also provide preoperative guidance, individualized surgical scheme, surgical approach selection and postoperative rehabilitation for distal radius fractures.
