摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前我国新冠肺炎（COVID-19）疫情已渐趋稳定，全国各地日间手术服务逐步恢复开展。新型冠状病毒感染无症状期有较强的传染性，一旦漏诊极易造成疫情扩散。鉴于此，本研究从加强日间手术人员的疫情宣教、强化日间手术流程全员筛查、强化日间手术人员防护措施、优化日间手术患者全流程管理、做好医疗环境精细管理，以及加强医院信息化管理能力等6个方面进行探讨，为当前COVID-19疫情常态化防控下优化日间手术的开展提供思路，也为推进后疫情时期择期手术管理的升级提供参考。

Abstract: The epidemic of COVID-19 tend to be stable in China， and ambulatory surgery services have been gradually resumed throughout the country. The asymptomatic phase of SARS-CoV-2 infection has strong infectivity， and it is easy to be spreaded once missed diagnosis. This article dissussed from the aspects of strengthening the epidemic situation education to ambulatory surgery related personnel(ASRP)， strengthening the screening of ASRP， strengthening the protective measures of ASRP， optimizing the whole process management of patients， doing well the fine management of medical environment， and strengthening the medical informatization management capability， so as to provide reflection for optimizing ambulatory surgery under the pandemic of COVID-19， and to provide opinion for the upgrading of selective operation management in post-pandemic period.
