高校附属三甲医院发展药物临床试验的战略分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：综合分析高校附属三甲医院发展药物临床试验的内外部环境影响因素，提出发展策略和建议。方法：基于SWOT分析法，结合层次分析法(AHP)对高校附属三甲医院发展药物临床试验的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行定量研究。结果：高校附属三甲医院具有医务人员素质较高、病员充足、药物临床试验需求增长等优势和机会，但同时存在对药物临床试验认识不够、医院投入不足、竞争激烈等问题，总体适合实行积极争取型战略。结论：高校附属三甲医院肩负发展使命，应加大投入补齐短板，抓住机会发展药物临床试验，以医药创新为驱动，共促行业发展。

Abstract: Objective： To comprehensively analyze the internal and external environmental factors of the development of drug clinical trials in three A hospitals affiliated to university，and put forward development strategies and suggestions. Methods： Based on SWOT analysis and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP)，the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and threats of the development of drug clinical trials in a three A hospital affiliated to university were quantitatively analyzed. Results： The three A hospital affiliated to university has advantages and opportunities such as high quality of medical personnel， sufficient patients， increasing demand for drug clinical trials， however， there are problems of insufficient understanding of drug clinical trials， inadequate hospital investment and fierce competition. An active pursuit strategy is suitable. Conclusion： As shouldering the mission of development， the three A hospitals affiliated to university should seize the opportunity to develop drug clinical trial by increasing investment and making up the shortcomings， so that can drive pharmaceutical innovation and promote the development of the industry.
