国家药品抽检品种氨咖黄敏胶囊铬含量测定及评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Chromium in Capsule Shells of Paracetamol,Caffeine, Artificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Capsules in National Drug Sampling Inspection

摘要: 目的:对2020年国家药品抽检品种氨咖黄敏胶囊样品胶囊壳中的铬含量进行检测、分析和评估,以期为国家药品监管提供参考,确保公众用药安全。方法: 采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对79个厂家290批氨咖黄敏胶囊样品胶囊壳中的铬含量进行测定。结果: 290批样品胶囊壳中铬含量均低于2 ppm,仅1批高于1 ppm。精密度试验显示RSD为1.5%;随行回收率在96.5%~105.3%。胶囊壳铬含量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》的规定,但质量尚存在差异。结论: 氨咖黄敏胶囊品种胶囊壳中铬的含量均符合规定,国家监管有效,监管部门应继续加强监管,生产厂家应优化各明胶空心胶囊壳原辅料、半成品到成品的整个生产工艺,规范生产,使胶囊壳铬含量控制到最低,保证胶囊剂型药品的食用安全性。

Abstract: Objective: To determine the content of chromium in capsule shells of paracetamol,caffeine,artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsules in national drug sampling inspection in 2020, and to evaluate it, to provide reference for the national drug supervision and ensure the drug safety for the public. Methods: Microwave digestion method was adopted in the pre-treatment of the samples,then graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied in the analysis of chromium content about 290 batches of samples from 79 manufactures. Results: The contents of chromium in capsules shells of 290 batches of samples were all less than 2 ppm,and only one batch was more than 1 ppm. The precision test result showed the RSD was 1.5% and the average recovery rate was 96.5%-105.3%. All the results of the content of chromium in capsule shells meet the requirement, but the quality was still different. Conclusion: The test results of the content of chromium in capsule shells of paracetamol,caffeine,artificial cow-bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsules meet the requirement of Chinese pharmacopoeia. It shows that the national supervision was effective but should continue to be strengthened. Manufacturers should optimize the whole production process of capsule shells to control the content of chromium in capsule shells lowest and to ensure the safety of capsules.
